Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision that happened on Thursday 6th August at around 3.40pm on the A166 Garrowby Hill, near to Hill Top Farm.
The collision involved a grey Ford Ranger pick-up truck and a silver coloured Triumph motorcycle. The motorcyclist, a 34 year-old man, was taken to hospital for treatment however sadly died from his injuries on Sunday 9th August. The driver of the truck was not injured in the collision.
Anyone who saw the collision, or either vehicle prior to the collision, and can help with the investigations is asked to call the non-emergency number 101 quoting log 344 of 6 August 2020.
