Given the extraordinary circumstances, our refund process is taking slightly longer than usual. You don’t need to do anything; please rest assured we are working through these as quickly as possible and will issue a refund for your tickets to the method of payment you used to buy your tickets.

Please understand that given the circumstances, our Fan Support teams are incredibly busy at the moment, so we encourage you not to contact us. Instead, you can find lots of information and answers to your questions in our information portal.

We’re sorry for any disappointment caused.

This following statement had been issued from management at The Scarborough OAT: on Thursday 9th April

“We are sad to announce that the 2020 season at Scarborough Open Air Theatre will not go ahead.

We did not want to take this step but it was unavoidable. The health and safety of our fans, artists, staff and community will always be our top priority. 

Please rest assured that we will be back in 2021 with an amazing programme. 

We would like to thank the staff at venue and Scarborough Council. Their support, assistance and partnership continues to be unwavering.
